The Estate Manager is an all-purpose web-based Estate Management System that provides a platform for the management of lessees (tenants), payment of rent, keeping of rent payment records, assessment of rent payable and preparation of rent demand notice. The system also has the ability to notify rent defaulters through e-mails and SMS. Additionally, the system notifies the property owner on leases that are due for renewal upon expiration. Rent payment reports are generated on monthly, quarterly and yearly bases taking into consideration user and location categorisations.
